Fast Climbing is a way of quickly climbing certain vertical walls, such as the side of lane bridges. Fast Climb can typically be done on walls that can be [[universaltech:mantling|mantled]] with an [[universaltech:jumping|air jump]].

Fast Climbs do not consume any [[universaltech:stamina]].

The main benefit of Fast Climbing is that it allows you to climb walls that would’ve taken an air jump.

One useful area where Fast Climbing can be used is the side of the lane bridges. Without Fast Climbing, you could air jump and waste one stamina bar; or [[universaltech:walljumping|wall jump]] and [[universaltech:heavymelee|Heavy Melee]], which is slower. 

To Fast Climb, look directly at the wall you want to climb. Look very slightly to the left or right, then wall jump and press the forward movement key. If you are close to the edge, you will automatically mantle; if not, you can double jump, Heavy Melee or use another movement tech to climb the wall.
